Carrying on the tradition of pottery funeral urns, Donn Zver, one of North America's leading potters, has created this distinctive line of pottery urns. He brings more than 20 years of experience as a skilled craftsman. His unique creativity has led to this exquisite collection.

Care and craftsmanship are an integral part of every piece Donn creates.
Donn was born in Millgrove, Ontario and educated as a potter at Sheridan College in Mississauga and the world renowned Penland School of Crafts in North Carolina, where he subsequently taught.

He has also lectured at the Banff School of Fine Art and the Nova Scotia School of Art and Design. In 1972, Donn opened his studio in Troy, Ontario, crafting a distinctive line of stoneware pottery. His pottery is included in many private and public collections in Canada, the United States and Europe. These include the Dofasco Collection of Ontario Pottery, the Ontario Potters Collection, the University of Alberta Collection and the National Museum of Civilization in Ottawa.
