DONN ZVER

Donn Zver was born in Millgrove, Ontario and was educated as a potter at the Sheridan College of School of Design. He also studied at the world famous Penland School of Crafts in North Carolina.

Donn has lectured across Canada, including the Banff School of Art and Design.
In 1972, Donn opened the studio in Troy, Ontario, crafting a distinctive line of functional stoneware pottery.

His work is included in many public and private collections. These include the Dofasco Collections of Ontario Pottery, the Ontario Potters Collection, the University of Alberta Collection and the Glenbow Gallery Permanent Collection. More recently, his work was included in the National Museum of Civilization in Ottawa. Donn's work is exhibited in Canada, the United States and Europe.
