  We search out the local suppliers and farmers in our area that fill our needs.

  These include local fresh eggs from the Crawford farms in Troy, Strip Loin Steaks from the famous San-Bar farms of Troy. Our chicken comes from Southern Chicken in St. George. We grow many of our own herbs here in our garden at Café Troy. Our Chef takes great pride in the dishes we prepare for your events and we offer you the best in customized meals that will make your event a night to remember.

  We work closely with our wine makers, to match their award winning wines to our cuisine. We are proud of our special house wine from Joseph's Estates, Festival Reserve and Festival Rouge. We also carry a wide selection of Ontario and internationally renowned wines for your enjoyment.

  Our desserts are the creations of La Rocca, who bakes delightful and elegant desserts for Café Troy.
