For many years now I have been asked to make pottery sinks. One would not often think that potters do them, as there is a wide selection of various sinks on the market today from metal, glass and clay.

  We provide a unique experience for our customers here at the studio as we encourage them to participate in the sizing and colour selection of the sink.

  Every sink is different as the installation, size and décor differs with each home. The standard size sink is 16 inches as this is the space allowed on a standard 24 inch counter. One has to allow for the structure of the counter and the depth of the counter as well. Most of our sinks are 6 inches deep, but because they are hand made we can provide you with a deeper on it you desire. Because of the curve of the sink we recommend that you use a goose neck tapes as this allows for more space for the washing of hands. We have designed many individual sinks that are done for older pieces of furniture such as dry sinks and vanities.
